Canyon of the Maglia in the Roya valley (Alpes maritimes 06 Nice)
The Maglia is a sportive canyon 1 hour drive from Nice in the Alpes Maritimes.
Maglia is the most renowned canyon of the Alpes-Maritimes but also one of the sportiest. It is close to the village of Breil sur Roya.

The canyon of the Maglia and its succession of waterfalls and pools allows you numerous big jumps and impressive slides, a perfect place for swimming and rappeling (abseiling). Landscape is exceptional, the water is translucent and the famous passage of the cave alone is worth the journey !
A wild canyon for a sporty team !
Highly aquatic, the Maglia grants a 4 to 5 hours descent which requires a good physical condition. You will all the more enjoy this canyon if you have some experience.
For a first experience of a full Barbaira day or to fill your tank of sensation, the Gorges du loup is the perfect choice.
